Knights of Columbus Council 2875
- The Knights of Columbus sponsor several projects during the year. Membership is open to any practicing Catholic man in union with the Holy Spirit who is 18 years or older. Meetings are held monthly.

Knight of the Year award
At a recent meeting of the Holy Family Church Knights of Columbus, Program Director Hugh "Hootie" Reviere received the "Knight of the Year Award". The award was presented by Father Jerry Martin, Grand Knight Roger Bergeron, and Deputy Grand Knight John Schexnaildre. This award is voted on by the officers within the #2875 Council.
Brother Reviere led the annual Tootsie Roll Drive that resulted in $4,000 in contributions to Port City Enterprises, who assist clients with mental disabilities within our community. Hootie is a consistent member, appearing at any and all volunteer functions hosted by the KC's and continues to be an example of the Knights of Columbus's mission statement: "empowering Catholic men to live their faith at home, in their parish, at work and in their community."

Ministry Appreciation 2026
The Knights of Columbus prepared the meal for our Annual Ministry Appreciation Luncheon held on Sunday, August 23rd, 2026, in the Parish Activity Center after 10:30 Mass. Meal preparation for parish events is only one of several ways in which our Council serves our parish family. Any adult male who would like to join our Council can contact Grand Knight Roger Bergeron (225-937-4438) or Membership Coordinator John Schexnaildre (225-362-8426).
